Sammy Kemboi has six (6) years of experience as a research consultant and a trainer of trainers for statistical software including STATA, EVIEWS, SPSS , R and Nvivo. As the CEO of Tobit Research Consulting, Kemboi has been offering high impact trainings for both corporates and higher institutions of learning. Academically, Sammy Kemboi is a holder of Master of Economics and Bachelors in Economics from the University of Nairobi. He is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K).

Previously, Mr. Kemboi worked at Ipsos Synovate Ltd as a research assistant. He has also held managerial positions such as operations manager, Data Analyst & Training Executive and a Research & Training Manager. Sammy Kemboi has provided a wide array of consultancy services to the corporate world, the most notable ones being marketing surveys, baseline surveys, and formulation of strategic policies. Most of these consultancy services have spanned across for-profit and non-profit making organizations (NGOs) such as Windle International Kenya.

Moreover, Mr. Kemboi has demonstrated remarkable competitiveness in offering financial consultant services that cut across audit, book-keeping, and tax advisory. Use of economic and financial modeling has consistently enhanced the nature of output at Tobit Research Consulting. The areas of expertise in Applied Accounting and Economics include Economic Research (Data Analysis using STATA, Eviews SPSS and R), Economic Planning, Monetary Economics, Auditing, Taxation, Computerised Accounting, Quality Control and Accounting Design.

John Maina has extensive knowledge and experience in research, project management, and operational administration. Previously, John has demonstrated excellence in coordinating and supervising private sector corporate action and financial advisory. He has also partnered with development agencies such as non-governmental organizations (NGO)  partnerships to execute surveys and generate recommendation reports for program funding and implementation. 

At Tobit Research Consulting, John Maina is the administration manager overseeing activities of the organization, data management and market assessment surveys. He also supervises research and statistical software training particularly STATA and SPSS to assure quality for both individual and corporate entities. John holds a Masters in Entrepreneurship Development and a Bachelors in Economics and Statistics from the University of Nairobi and a CPA holder.

Wycliffe Makworo

Wycliffe G. Makworo has more than eight (8) years of experience in marketing and customer relationship management. He holds a Bachelor of Education (Business Studies and Mathematics) from Kenyatta University and is currently a Master of Science-Marketing Management at Kenyatta University. Before joining Tobit Research Consulting, Wycliffe had worked as a marketing officer with Mount Kenya Milk (Meru Dairy Central Dairy Cooperative Union-MDCU) and a part-time lecturer at Zetech University. Additionally, Wycliffe G. Makworo is the author of the best-selling book, The Ideals of Transformational Leadership. As a marketing executive at Tobit Research Consulting, Wycliffe is dedicated to ensuring that customers are reached and served to their maximum satisfaction.

Cavine Walugu

Cavine Walugu is a specialist in Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) training. For the past 5 years at Tobit Research Consulting, Cavine has remained instrumental in SPSS training and its use in both business organizations and academic institutions. Being exceptional in grammar and referencing, Cavine has an additional responsibility of proofreading and editing to fine-tune papers before submission to board directors, donors/development partners, and examination. Academically, Cavine holds a Bachelors (Economics & Statistics) from Maseno University. He conducts trainings from both Tobit Research Consulting Limited boardroom and clients' specified areas of convenience.

Daniel Muli

Daniel specializes in thesis & proposal development training. Corporate marketing staff and scholars who have passed through his training have demonstrated notable exceptionalism in their research endeavors including use of statistical software such as STATA and SPSS. Mr. Muli trains organizations seeking to write proposals for funding and partial fulfillment of academic requirements from universities. For the past 3 years he has worked at Tobit Research Consulting, Muli has executed trainings from institutions, corporate boardroom and his office. More than 95% of his trainees are a living testimony of excellence. This achievement has been made possible through his Bachelors in Economics and Statistics from the University of Nairobi.

Osuagwu Eucharistus

Osuagwu Eucharistus has four (4) years of experience in managing customer relationships and marketing of services. His experience in teaching technical institutions equipped him with exceptional training skills and helping learners to identify the best training centres from which they can learn technical aspects of research. After completing higher secondary education from Ogbor Community Secondary School, Eucharistus joined Marist Brothers Institute at Orlu and later Marist Brothers Institute in Kenya where he pursued many courses including Business, Accounting, Counselling, Religious Theology, and Digital Marketing. At Tobit Research Consulting, Osuagwu Eucharistus works in collaboration with the CEO and the marketing executive to ensure that clients are not only delighted, but also followed up till they achieve the objective for seeking training services from Tobit. Currently, Osuagwu is a student at Catholic University of Eastern Africa, pursuing both Master of Business Administration and a diploma in entrepreneurship. As a Client Relationship Officer at Tobit Research Consulting, Eucharistus ensures rapid rectification of individual customer issues with the aim of enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Edwin Okoth Ogada

Edwin Okoth Ogada has vast experience in Education related matters. He is currently teaching at Alliance High School where he is also the Assistant Boarding Master Routine and a Senior House Master and Patron of the History Club. He is a member of the Academic Board at Edinburgh Group of Schools in Murang’a County. He is currently pursuing Master of Arts (MA) in History, University of Nairobi and a Master of Education (M. Ed) in Educational Administration and Planning, Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Kenya; and holds a Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) Arts, History/ CRE option, University of Nairobi, Kenya, 2014.
He has trained with Tobit Research Consulting in Statistical Packages; SPSS and Stata. He is also working with the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) to provide online learning to students through televised teaching. Additionally, he has developed History and Government online e-book materials and video tutorials for high school students with the Dawati Online Platform accessible through dawati.co.ke. At Tobit Research Consulting, Edwin Okoth Ogada is the Business Development Officer whose primary duties include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential.
